Upon lodging the objection referred to in point c), persons processing personal data on the basis of the authorization granted, as well as the Personal Data Administrator himself, take steps to immediately cease further processing of the data of the person who submitted the objection. In addition, actions are taken to pseudonymize the personal data of such a person or to delete such data, unless a separate legal provision prohibits this.
17. The data of the person who objected to further processing is deleted immediately, no later than within 7 days from the date of submitting the objection. The objecting person is informed that his or her data has been deleted from the system.
18. Regardless of the provisions of point 11, personal data are always deleted after the expiry of the period specified by the Administrator for their processing and provided to persons in the information clause.
